Newspaper Production Rates:
Any ad material from any source (print, negatives, computer disk, email, etc.) that require any production (re-sizing, piecing together or merging materials or computer files)
 to make the ad into camera ready or negative ready ad, will be billed applicable production charges.

Ad set-up: 15% of ad cost
Resizing of ad for outside publications: 10% of Horse Gazette ad cost
Ad changes: 5% of ad cost
Scans - $10 each

Newspaper Ad Requirements:
Print process is web offset using four-color process inks. Color reproduction is "pleasing color" - we cannot guarantee a perfect match. Color ads must be CMYK.

Newspaper Ad Specifications:
Digital Files (PDF, TIF or JPG), resolution 300 dpi

Graphics in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Presentation computer generated ads will not be accepted.
Logos and pictures must be black and white or color originals or large email files - no faxes or copies will be accepted.
